The Bent Nickel has been a dream of ours for 25 years. In 2006, we began as a small home-based business selling handcrafted home decor & refreshed furniture at local craft shows.
One year later, we moved to Centerville, Indiana where we began the amazing journey of homeschooling our son. This decision meant putting The Bent Nickel on hold for the next 11 years.
Our son has now graduated & The Bent Nickel is back in full swing! Our shop is located inside "Warm Glow Candle Company". We also set up occasional Pop-Up Shops.
Many of our products are handcrafted. When buying handcrafted, you're buying more than a one-of-a-kind product. You're choosing to adorn your home with goods made from someone's heart & soul. Each piece is created with you in mind, praying over the home & family who chooses to make it theirs.
